I drink 3-4 Ltrs of water every day and usually have very good flow of urine even till last night. However today morning after 8 hours on uninterrupted sleep it took some effort to pass urine. I have no pain. Is it because I'm about to get my period in a day? This just happened today, is other normal ?? Please tell me doctors I'm very worried

Hello doctor, my husband had kidney stones which he passed 2 weeks ago via urine. He still experiences pain in the pelvic region and sometimes on the right shoulder and pain one or both feet.
