In 2017, while residing in Noida, we faced a premature delivery case at Apollo Hospital. Dr. Bhanot's meticulous attention and unwavering commitment were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the situation. Despite relocating to another city a year ago, a distance of 150 km from Apollo Hospital, my family and I made the decision to continue under Dr. Mithee's care. The trust we placed in her expertise was well-founded, and she oversaw the subsequent delivery with the same dedication that sets her apart. Recently, we were blessed with the arrival of a baby boy at Apollo Hospital, and once again, Dr. Bhanot's care was extraordinary. Her compassionate approach and commitment to the well-being of both mother and child were evident throughout the entire process.

Dr. Mithee Bhanot's availability for discussions and advice, even over the phone, added an invaluable layer of support during both instances. Her ability to communicate complex medical information in a reassuring manner alleviated our concerns and made us feel genuinely cared for. However, we feel that the Apollo Hospital experiences a high volume of patients, resulting in the supporting staff being overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this led to longer response times during our inpatient stay, requiring continuous follow-ups for nearly every task. Regrettably, our baby lost significant weight within the first and second day due to delays in feeding. Therefore, we highly recommend that serious attention be given to addressing and improving this issue for the benefit of all patients.

             We pray All Mighty God with folding hands not to suffer anyone with Cancer. If someone is suffering from this dangerous disease Cancer, we request him to contact "Dr. Manish Singhal" as early as possible. I recommend him for all sort of Oncology treatments and advices.

I had a fairly simple procedure of getting my dead toenail removed. However when Dr Pandita was inspecting my, at Apollo Hospital sco 26 on 5/8/23, he was using excessive force in lifting my nail which was causing me a lot of pain. I asked him once to please be a bit softer as the nail was digging into my skin and causing bleeding. He proceed to do the exact same thing with the exact same force once again causing me acute pain at which point I grabbed my foot in agony telling him that he was physically hurting me. ** **** ***** ** *** ** **** ***** *** ******* ** ** ******* ** ** ********** **** *** ******** **** **** *** ***** ******** ** **** ****** ** ******* *** ** ***** ** * ******* ** ** ******* ** **** * ******. I understand that he is a senior surgeon but that grants him no right to physically hit and then swear at a patient, leaving him in pain. We contacted Dr. S K Pandita sir through a reference of one of my cousin. We already knew from the past experience of two of my aunt and uncle's surgery conducted by Pandita Sir. The first time we contacted him, he asked to send the reports and he reviewed it before being concerned about his fees. Later once we met him, we realised the fact of why people praise him alot. He is such a generous and a person with big heart and magical hands. He is soo much approachable for any concerns to address. He listens peacefully all the queries and gives genuine opinions for the benefit of the patient. He explained on the issue we had, very precisely and while talking to him even he made us so comfortable and kept us calm during the whole process of removal of gallbladder due to multiple polyps diagnosed. His words gives hopes in a very positive manner and his existence gives a nice vibes for anyone to ease the pressure of having to go through such a challenging situation. He is so kind and helpful that words can not define his dedication to his profession. We wish sir and his team to continue doing the best as they do going forward as well and keep giving lives and hope to patients and their families.

Very Kind and experienced Dr i have ever seen for my Father Mr Pramod Spine surgery. Very good Behaviour of Saurabh sir. I really surprised with his hard work he never missed to visit his patients before or after surgery without any follow up.

My Father had serious spine problem from 15 yrs. Now it was on peak i searched and met several Drs but Saurabh Sir was the only one who answered all my queries and guided in details. Before meeting Saurabh sir i was very scared / sad for my father. But Saurabh sir helped me and we proceed for surgery. It was 7 days process now my father is very happy and can walks for a good distance.

Saurabh sir is very polite, professional having very good behaviour and ethics for his patients. Anyone who is reading this, you can be sure of Dr Saurabh experience without searching for other Drs. He also have a very good team members /staff so i did not face any problem there Dr Saurabh treats me as family member. I never feel that i am in medical emergency.

Me and my family will always pray for him. One day he will be the only one name in Asia region for best Spine surgeons. I believe after some years every one will know Dr Saurabh for his work. Saurabh sir is god for us. Their hands are not a common man hand its hands of GOD for us.

I went to her for marriage counselling . so in the first session she asked me and my husband questions to understand our situation. The first session was okay and she explained the course of treatment to us . After that she suggested that we come alone. I regretted every moment of it. She was blaming me for my childhood behaviour and when I objected she said that she had to trigger me because I was not sharing enough information by remarking me.She was focused on knowing about my childhood and when I was not comfortable she then blamed me again that she had to interrogate me because I was crying and not sharing .She told me things like this could have happened to anyone instead of understanding me emotionally. Her session increased my anxiety issues rather than comforting me. She was dismissive of my past saying that you had basic needs met and I felt like I didn't deserve any more than that. She told me that my husband is awful. And after that she tells me that if it was an online consultation she would have quit it basically rejecting me. And I just somehow couldn't get up from my chair. She was very insensitive to me *** *** **** ******* ** *** ******** Please save yourself and do not visit her.

I am in my second trimester and have been going to Dr Chitra since the start of the first trimester. She was always curt, to the point, and refused to give her number in case of emergencies. She said go to the hospital in case the situation arises. This is the first time I have seen a gynaecologist refusing to share her number knowing fully well that pregnant women have tons of questions and several mini emergencies which may not actually be an emergency but the women just want an assurance that all is well.

Coming back to my case, I am in the second trimester and I got an anxiety attack on Aug 27 night. I called up her assistant doc Sushmita prakash on Aug 28 morning who asked me to go to emergency since it was a Sunday and that’s the “best we can do on a Sunday”. I went there and the doc on duty was gentle and helped me calm down. On Aug 29 I went to her to show my reports and for general consultation. Apollo being a low ceiling hospital and the gynae OPD being in basement I was feeling very claustrophobic and was anyway recovering from my trauma of the last two days. When I entered her room, I took my mask off as I couldn’t breath and was getting panicky in my mind due to the small chamber. She confirmed that I was the same patient who came the day before for emergency and then started on her rant of wearing mask *** *** ******** **** ** **** ******* **** *** ****** She kept sort of screaming and being mean and rude, knowing fully well my fragile state of mind. I couldn’t believe I was with a doctor. **** *** ******* **** *** ** **** ******* ****** ******* ******** I started weeping and she got up and asked me to open the door and stand there and talk if I wanted to be without mask. I felt embarrassed by my situation, pathetic that I actually cried in front of this person *** ******* ******* ** ** * ****** *** ********** *** ** ****** ********** She said I was free to cancel my appt, get a refund and go to a hospital which was big and lavish. I sat there listening to all this, crying. I know I would never recommend anyone to go ** **** ******** ****** *** **** ** ** *** ******* ** *** ******** ******* **** ****

I am writing this review after long time since Dr Monika Mallik helped me deliver my babies 13 years ago. Both my kids are 2 years apart. After my first delivery I was sure that she would be my gynae for next kid as well and we came straight to her for my 2nd delivery. Inspite of complications I delivered normaly the 2nd time as well. I am surprised to read comments such as rude doctor etc for her. People often mistake frank feedback as rudeness. She is the one who would always support the patient instead of the hospital. Her priority is always normal delivery and she encourages every pregnant woman the same unless there is a medical issue. Delivery time is tough for all new mothers and thats why its imp to find a doctor who thinks for the mother instead of hospital preferences. I would highly recomend her to all expecting mothers to be. There will always be long waiting time which ever doctor you may go to. What matters is to find the doctor who helps you get answers to all your queries calmly, Dr Monika is exactly like that. Also for those patients who think they can be disrespectful to the docter but expect her to be calm and cool, you will not find a better doctor anywhere else. As we have moved elsewhere now I am unable to connect with her directly. If you read this message Dr Monika, please know that I often think of you very fondly. Hope to meet you some day! 10 days ago I got my gall bladder and herniaplasty surgery carried out by Dr. S.K .Pandita He has magical hands and a beautiful heart that connects him with his patients, he is so friendly, approachable, kind and genuine to his patients that makes the whole surgery process very easy. Also, I felt almost very less pain after surgery and recovered within 2-3 days..Doctor is so polite that he will be with the patient from starting to the discharge and even after discharge he will solve the queries of patient.. We are lucky to find him 10 years ago when we went for a cyst removal for my husband and till now also he is the same polite person with such a humanly touch..words cant be sufficient to describe such an authentic doctor..
