The wait time was painfully high. Waited for over an hour for the preliminary check up by the doctor’s junior, inspite of having booked for a prior appointment on practo. It is so misleading that though the appointment was booked for consultation with doc Ritu Aurora, yet neither she saw me, spoke with me nor diagnosed and advised me on my problem. Instead, I was attended by a junior doctor. It’s quite misleading and unprofessional. She should not take bookings if she cannot advise/diagnose the patient and make some junior do it. The junior, though seemed ok with the diagnosis, but the booking should’ve been made in the juniors name and not doc Ritu Aurora if she cannot check. Highly disappointing and due to this, I find it too overpriced for such a bad experience.

During my visit for my mother's dry eyes treatment, there was widespread mismanagement, with a long wait for everything. **** *** *********** ******** ***** ******* **** ** according to a doctor friend but I won’t rate based on that because I understand every doctor has his own methods of treatment. This was an understaffed facility overwhelmed by around 40 patients at a time, ******* **** ******** ** ****** ******** ****** *** ********** **** **** * ********** ******** ***** * *** ** ********** ***** ******* *** **** ****** *** everyone was particularly strict about payments, with the doctor even escorting me to the cashier first, then handing over to some staff. Moreover, the central air conditioning was inadequate, it was very hot and suffocating inside the small, crowded facility. ** ***** **** ******** ** ******* ******* ** **** *** **** ****** ****** *** ******** I won’t recommend this to anyone as I feel it is impossible to receive the best care here.

We consulted Dr. Ritu Aurora for my 89 years old father’s cataract surgery in both eyes. We had a great experience as the doctor and the staff took the time to explain everything and didn’t rush us. The doctor is very experienced and highly competent. The outcome of the surgery was positive and we are very happy that we chose Dr. Ritu Aurora. Highly recommended!

The doctors seems good but the management is very very poor. U have to wait more then 6-7 hours even after taking an appointment. Nobody knows if doctors are there or not. U have to wait and wait only wait. Very bad hospital ever. I do not recommend at all.

We have been visiting Dr Ritu Aurora for our family’s Ophthalmic care for the past five years….Dr Aurora has a great system of maintaining patient’s history and she arrives at diagnosis/treatment plan only after thorough check-up!!

Dr Ajay appeared to be very friendly , competent & convincing. He did thorough check up & did not advise any unnecessary testing. His clinic is very clean tidy & proper precaution of Corona is taken. The staff is very courteous & cooperative. I would recommend Dr Ajay to my friends.

Hi All,Dr Ritu helped me in getting over with SEI (Subepithelial Infiltrated), caused due to EKC in UK.I visited her during my visit to India in May19. She knows the latest medicine in market and in practice and is clear in her thought. I was really afraid with this disease but today due to her medicine I am able to see properly. At the time of appointment they told me 700 for consultation fee but at the time of visit they charged 800 when I asked about time as per them only 30mins minutes but the doctor is so busy or trying to show that they are very busy patients have full day to meet with doctor after several reminders and wit around 2.5 hours when I asked to refund my my money and I don't have more time to wait they said fee would not be returned either you want or don't want to consultation with doctor as per their convenience . You may get consultation as per their choice.

The doctor didn't allow to explain the issue. Though, I understand due to Covid19, doctors are over cautious. Advised for OCT, PMT and Pachymetry tests. Keep on advising further tests without giving any explanation and diagnosis of what's the issue for further test. Even doctor insists to go on with further test within same sitting.
