Hi doctor I could see a small white dot like patch near my wisdom tooth and can't be scratched off I have attached the images recently I had some mouth ulcers and it got healed completely inside my mouth and now this makes me to worry anything serious to address immediately kindly share your opinion

Consulted dentist asked to do scaling and wait and watch doctor saying. But no cavity between the teeth. Please advise what should be done. I have tmj does tmj causes food impaction and gum recession ?
