I had an X-ray due to back pain, which showed swelling in the lower portion and degenerative problems associated with the disc. Should I take complete rest, or can I continue working since I sit for 8 hours a day due to my job? Is it okay to continue this type of work, or do I need some rest for a complete recovery from my back pain? I cannot tolerate the pain.
Hi Doctors,
Greetings
From one week, I have pain in my middle and upper back(right shoulder blade), mostly on the right side.
In general, during walking or sitting, there is no pain, but when I change postions or move/bend/stretch in a certain way, the pain is very high, and gradually then it goes.
Sometimes, the pain is also near ribs ending on the lower side in the movement as stated above.
Can you please guide what shall I do, any xray MRI, etc, to be done, and if any over the counter medicine or exercise can help?
My mother is 47 years old and she has been suffering from severe sciatica pain since the last 3-4 years . She is regularly doing her exercises but it is not fruitful . She is not getting any relief.
I am going through severe back ache, when I am about to wake up in morning from bed. Entire day, I do not face any issues or pain. Only when I try to wake up in morning, i feel a lot of back pain. This happens everyday, I have even tried to change my sleeping posture, bed, pillow etc. But issue is not getting resolved. Can anyone please suggest.
