Very much worried about this thyroid nodule . Thyroid blood levels T3, T4,TSh ,thyroglobulin and TPO are normal. What could be the cause .?Please advise

Hyperechoic nodule 0.5x 0.6 cm
Very much worried about this nodule . Report says well defined hyperechoic nodule 0.5 × 0.6 cm wider than taller in the right lobe of thyroid with no obvious internal vascularity. My thyroid blood levels T3 ,T4,Tsh ,thyroglobulin and TPO are normal. Please advise on this

Above my left ear, I have low blood circulation and left ear always makes a sound on the last 4 months . As per doctor prescription I have been taking nexito 5 mg for the last 5 months.. is this any big issue.. and will it be solved.. help me doctors
