My weight keep on fluctuating
My inch has reduced to 2 inches that I've seen in jeans size but my weight keeps on fluctuating and never reduces. It's stuck on 79 . What should I do?

I am not having healthy diet due to which i face often health related issues and hence I want an overall food diet chart from breakfast to dinner so as to remain fit and healthy.
