Been noticing discoloration on the penis for a few months .
Was not there before . Also there's a difference in the entire penis and the head part too . There's no itching . Mostly visible when it's in a rigid state .
Also sometimes the skin is too loose or too tight in a rigid state , don't know if it's because of the size (size is a bit more than usual ) .

Yesterday night one of my pimples on the cheek popped so i washed my face and used moisturizer and rubbed isopropyl alcohol trom dettol and slept i an hour i woke up and havent slept since my skin is facing severe burn,i applied some boroline and washed my face after breakfast swelling has healed a little yet it still hurts all round my lips,chin and cheek. I dont have the money to consult a dermatologist locally and dont know what to do
I had small white spots on face barely visible from distance, i went to doctor and he diagnosed it as pityriasis Alba and prescribed pigolyn and after using it for 2-3 days my face now has black spots on those areas, now he has suggested to apply melamet and pigmohyde plus which I’m scared to use i might end up having more side effects or rather visible white spot or any other issue. Dr is asking to apply those creams asap to address the newly developed pigmentation early.
P.S: My skin is dry.
