I am facing jaw tightness not sure whom to visit and what are the causes for this ? I had herpes zoster on my back 10 days back but that shall not impact my jaw tightening ?

Hello, am having heel pain everyday just by standing for 30-45 mins. What could be the problem? Just the heel inside bone pain. When I woke up from bed in the morning pain while walking after sometime it gets better but again if I stand for sometime I get pain.
I have 3rd metatarsal bone fracture , Dr did cast plaster and after 2 weeks they told me to do movement with body weight slowly and allow to me for job again but during travelling I got swelling in my foot and having a sensation in my foot after 14 hrs it has slightly swelling also is it normal or should to consult with Dr. This x-ray is just before plaster
