I am 25 years old. For the past few months I have been experiencing erectile dysfunction and usually need sildenafil to get and maintain an erection. Without medication, erections are weak.
I have been masturbating since around the age of 10. For many years the frequency has been very high (around 4–5 times daily). I have also watched a lot of porn regularly and used a very tight grip during masturbation.
