My father has been diagnosed with AV block recently and advised for pacemaker. He has T2DM, however his blood sugar level is always controlled and presently FBS is 124. Can we confirm if the AV block is related to diabetes cause he doesn't have any other comorbidities.
From yesterday if i am laying on my side on bed its paining whole breathing on left side of my upper abdomen extactly under my left breast. But if i am laying on my back pain goes away. I am not a heart patient i've my ecg done last month which came out fine.
I have done ECG today because of some palpitation. ECG is attached for your reference. Doctor please check my ECG and especially V2 lead.
