Please guide .. I am trying to conceive and have hypothyroid and my cholestrol is also more than normal range...can I eat oats & muesli ...or which food is good for managing these all. Please suggest

Hi, There are more details are required to recommend specifically, like heigh, present weight, dietary habits, biochemical parameters etc. To reduce weight you need to follow a well balanced weight reduction diet, which contains more fruits, green leafy and other vegetables and complex carbohydrates. You should follow a proper meal timing. Oats is good as it contains complex carbohydrates, but alone oats can't help you to reduce weight. You should do some exercises which will help you to burn fat, thus this weight reduction process will be faster and with that good cholesterol level will hike.
