Diet Plan for Belly fat loss
Hi, Please tell me a good diet plan for fat loss I'm 76 kgs and 5'11" long and also do workout 5 days a week, I want to loose belly fat and maintain my healthy lifestyle because I'm mumbai based and it's very tough to maintain a good health I do drink once in a week and that's too moderate and smoke a cigarette twice or thrice in a week I don't consume sweeten beverage but my food habit is not upto the mark Please suggest Thanks.

Hi Have more proteins Avoid sugar and sugary drinks Have more of fiber Reduced carb intake Drink plenty of water Have your dinner early and keep it light Exercise regularly. Early dinner before 6pm. Eat less and exercise more. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. Contact me through practo direct consultation

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
