Dear Dr's, I have suffering from type 2 diabetes since last year, right now I am loosing my weight and RBS level is high,my last H1BNC REPORT IS 13%, I AM ON INSULIN 24 UNIT AND PANCREATINE 25K TDS. Hi!  My Tsh level 6iu/ml and Anti tpo 76 iu/ml. Iam planning to consult a dietician for thyroid diet. If i follow the diet strictly can i revert the condition without any thyroid medications or are thyroxine the mainstay . Please help.

I recently had a full body checkup, in which my TSH level were 11.92 µIU/mL and T3 was 117 ng/dL and T4 was 8.92 µg/dL, i have lost some weight too, but that can also be due to diet, and lifestyle, i havent workout in last 5-6 months, and eat only 2 times in a day, what should i do, what can be the reason for my high tsh level, are these level too high?

I am in 3rd trimester I had pre existing diabetes my sugar level is high only early morning. Rest of the day I am able to control through diet. Is it because I wake up twice in between because of the back pain. I am not taking insulin or tablet. Please let me know what changes I can do to lower it ranges between 95 to 100 and I in fact have early dinner between 7 to 7.30 what diet modification I can do to control this or any sleep tea will help?

If sugar level before dinner is 55, can I take Novorapid insulin after taking food. Same dose or less.
