I have attached my Lipid Profile. Seems like Cholesterol is very high. Need suggestion on diet and any other.

Hi No need to worry its just borderline. Just increasing high fiber foods in your diet and stop eating high refined food . Stop eating deep fried, processed food. Start working on physical activity, go for a brisk walk for about 45mins in 5days.

Cholesterol changes happen with regard  to defeciency  related to vitamins  and calcium , wrong food choices or malnourishment inadequate  physical  activity , genetic predispositions  etc.
