But make sure that you don't eat out often and also avoid eating all junk , processed foods as well as sweets, soda etc. Keep yourself stocked with lots of fresh fruits and eat them regularly. Replace your snacks with fruits, nuts, dry fruits, makhana, lahiya etc. Opt for healthier options on your hostel menu.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Never skip your breakfast.
