Hi, As per your height your ideal body weight range should be 47-52 kg. It will be better to keep your weight in between the range. Basically you require a balanced diet which maintain your body weight towards lower range. You should include complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, other  vegetables and obviously a good quality protein. you should follow a proper meal timing and keep gap 3-4 hours between two meals. Drink water 3 litre per day and have sound sleep about 6-7 hours.
Next Steps
More details are required to recommend specifically, so you can consult with me on practo for personalized diet chart.
Health Tips
Increase your activity level, by doing different kind of exercises, which help to maintain body weight and increase metabolic rate, which is generally less in hypothyroidism.
