I have reduce weight
I m 23 yrs old girl. I m working as Softwre engineer in chennai staying in hostel. Actually i was very very thin around 34 kgs when i m in my 10 th std. I started gaining weight gradually naturally. Now i m 62 kgs. Throid tests results normal. Presently i m working in night shift from 4.30 pm to morning 1.30 am. I would like to know whether my daily activities are correct. I will go to bed at 4am in the morning I will sleep till 1 pm afternoon and have my breakfast at 2 pm and then lunch at around 8 pm night then dinner at 2 am morning. After my breakfast at 2 pm i will do small excercises like crunches,skipping. I used to walk to my office around 15 mins. I used to drink 3 litres of water.but my weight increased from 60 kg to 62 kg. Please suggest me whether my activities is good if not please correct it. Also suggest me simple diet plan as i cannot COOK in my hostel. Please tell what should i have in the breakfast,lunch and dinner to reduce weight.

Take small amount of sprouts or roasted dnacks at 2 am,take full balanced lunch including proteins, carbs and veggies. In breakfast take milk porridge or poha,upma type food with 1 glass of milk beverages. After 1 hr take fruit and work out for 1 hr around 5.30 pm .keep proper hydration.
