Hi,
I am 76 kg in weight, 6.1 in height and started doing workout recently.
Recently I have done my blood test and my protein result is 8.20 g/dL, which seems the uper limit. I would like to know if I should stop taking protein or what should be the ideal protein daily intake for me? My report screenshot is attached here.
Thanks in advance..!!
