Regarding periods and weight
I have a problem of thyroid and pcod. I am not able to loose my weight. Also my periods are very irregular. So suggest me some diet plan for weight loss. And to cure pcod

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. First of all, avoid all outside food, processed food and refined sugar completely. Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Include lots of fibre rich foods in your diet. Increase your water consumption. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. Try yoga. Stay stress free and get proper sleep every night. We are here to guide you. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water every day . Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals . Avoid outside food completely .Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
