Hello. There could be various reasons for the tiredness, the simplest being lack of water intake. Other could be lack of appetite. One should have at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. Have 6 meals a day instead of the regular 3 meal pattern. Along with this, try doing some physical activity in the day. All the three together will help you feel fitter.
