Want to reduce weight
I have to reduce my weight. I tried personal training and dieting but it isn't helping I m currently 60 and I want to reduce 5 kg more, my personal trainer tells that weight isn't going below 60 because of bone weight and more water content in the body.. Kindly suggest what next action I should take towards it.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you .
