Weight gain
Im 20years old but my weight is 36kg. I dont eat my food at time. Sometimes i skip lunch this may be a reason but even if i continue proper food at time then also I cant gain weight. I want to know what to do.. please suggest me

take 3 time meals and two time mid meals and start taking ensure powder it wl help u for weight gain
