Hi I want to loose belly and side fat how much time will it take me to loose the fat ? is it a good option to take whey protein or does it have any side effect now or in long run ? Does whey effect hair ??

For reducing belly fat follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. Apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part.

Hello I would suggest you to reduce upon your refined food products such as maida biscuits, chips, cakes and also start doing some exercises like side plank, some push ups..It will surely help you.
