I am 33 years old home maker. Height is 5 feet 6 inches and weight is 73 kgs. Kindly give me a diet chart to help me lose weight.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Well all you can do is to cut down your portions of meals. Increase the amount of protein intake in your diet and have lots and lots of water. Avoid sugars in tea or coffee. Try to sleep a bit early so that you may have proper rest to maintain your hormonal imbalance.

Good evening, weight lose not biggest task, follow very few things, example 1. Drink plenty of water, 3-4litters maximum 2. Do atleast 45 mins walking alone daily basis 3. Avoid white sugar, normal salt, refined oil, refined flour 4. Avoid carbs at night All the best
