Hello there.
Excercise alone wont give you fast results unless you put in a proper diet.
Have a high protein, low carbohydrate and high fiber diet.
Drink lots of water.
Don't eat and sleep immediately give atleast 3 hours gap in between.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Do a lot of cardio excercises instead of more strength training.
Most part of your meals should contain fruits and vegetables.
Consult a dietician for a proper and detailed diet chart.
