Sir I'm an ocd patient right now my weight 85kg height 5.10 inch I'm exercising daily I have big belly fat stomach right now I can't reduce my fat at all i would like to reduce my bally fat!!! 15 days ago i have consulted with dietitian doctor !! I followed every rules of her but 1 kg weight also didn't decrease!!! please send me some medicine or supplement which are safe for health and kidney !!! I followed every deit in 15 days but i didn't get any better results please help me with some supplement or medicine!!!!!!

Firstly spot reduction isn’t t possible,
And whatever diet you are following you will reduce weight as well as fat if you are on calorie deficit but you have to follow it religiously.
