Best consumption of Fruits
Can anyone clarify when is the best time to have fruits. Is it after a meal or before a meal. How many minutes gap should we maintain between a meal and fruits.

You should not eat fruit after meal immediately. You should keep gap of atleast 2-3hrs. But you can have fruit before meal. Best will be between the meals like mid morning,mid evening.

Eat inbetween breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner as a snack.in empty stomach. Only banana robusta is allowed post Dinner before bedtime.

Depends on the fruit u want to intake , u can hv apple in the morning and Papaya in the evng.. Watermelon preferably before 7 PM.. MIN 2 hrs time GAP .. between lunch n fruit time
