Cervical pain
I have cervical in upper and lower back. I am having frequent pain in these areas. And it only increases by time. I am also having pain in my body.

Hi I would suggest you to change your posture frequently say after every 20 to 30 minutes. Take care of your posture & furniture. Avoid forward bending of Neck & low back specially while lifting heavy weight. Can use hot packs & some local pain killers spray or paint. Go for walk & do some general fitness exercises. If no relief consult a physiotherapist.
