Hi welcome - I can see your age is yet to grow. So take enough good quality protein three types Animal/Organic -ex- fish 100 gm , 2 egg whole, some times chicken, leg pc. cereals,legumes, like pulses all, sprouts,mix vegetables etc. plenty of milk products like cream paneer, curd,puddings, kheer, sweets, cheese, rasmalai etc, Apart from you should have well planned diet with some stretching exercises.
