I am suffering from hypothyroid past 2 n half years and constantly gaining weight how should i manage my diet and excercise as when i go for it I feel so tired that my other works get hampered. Please suggest how should I manage I am home maker and firstly I want to gain my strength back then I want to go for weight loss , my calf pains a lot

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
