Neck , shoulder,arm,numb thumb
I used to sit in wrong posture for hours... resulting stiff neck and trapezius muscle pain ... Now after 2 year ... I have taken around 10  dry needling and cupping sessions ... Realising that they won't help in longer run . Posture should be corrected ... As now my thumb in left hand goes partially numb . I realise i am also having on left trapezius blade is not align with right one ... NOW I am using ✓posture corrector, ✓ cervical collar ✓ nucoxia Mr (suggested by my physio for 5 days) ✓streching ✓deep breathing excersize Question is how much time does it takes to get My body and muscle normal functioning by following procedure? And am i really on the path of recovery ? Because i have paid for physiotherapist but all temporary ,I want permanent and sustainable solution ? Thank you for your valuable time sir/mam . Suggestion are welcomed from all of experts .

How many sessions fo physiotherapy have you taken, gone through traction and ift ? It will take a month for some cases to recover fully. try PEMF therapu of 20 sessions and exercises to be continue for atleast for a month twice a day. Neck isometric and stretching exercises nerds to be continued and proper posture should be maintained to gain muscle strength and reducing of pain.  In physiotherapy take Ift+SWD for a week and then ift for 10 days. This will only help it will take around a month to recover full.
