U can take a proper balance diet  i.e carbohydrates, protein,fat, fiber, vitamins , minerals.with ur daily fixed routine ,and also do some light exercises,and I sure u definitely gain ur weight but now in this age height is not possible to increase.

Hi You can definitely gain weight by following nutritious diet But with regards to height at this age is little bit difficult Height depend on genetics and physical activity at younger age Weight is depend on your height as per the height we decides ideal body weight
