I have been regularly suffering from pain in my back neck area and shoulders. I am a working girl, due to this I have to sit on a chair for 8-9 hours daily... Kindly suggest what to do as it is a very severe pain....

Hi
Do hot formentation with wet towels and do some neck stretching exercise of the neck. Do it for 3 to 4 days. If it is not improving then cunsult physiotherapists near abt you.
