Under weight
I am 20 years old. I am 5'8" height. My weight is 49. I am too skinny. My father is fat but my mother is thin. I am a badminton player from childhood. But from last year i stopped my training due to studies. Know i want to gain weight. I dont want to be skinny any more. What should i do.
