Can you tell me ways that actually work to reduce visceral fat? My weight is 75.5 kg and my height is 5 feet 9 inch. Please suggest me ways to reduce the visceral fat naturally

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Hi I can't give you proper diet over here. As I need to know you scheduled and your medical history to plan a proper diet for you. But I want to tell you that whatever you do Do In a healthy manner do through a balanced diet.Here are few tips for fat loss
1) Drink Good amount of water.
2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.
4) Eat small & frequent meals.
