I have done a general checkup for my father, I got the results for thyroid where the TSH level are 27 which is very high. May I know the effects and the reason for higher level of TSH. I don't see any symptoms which are related to thyroid.

I received one TT shot in January 2024 for cat scratch, and I have a small cut today. Four months have passed since the last TTC shot. Do I require it once more?

ABG done yesterday my blood PH came 7.48 and I have done ABG today now 7.27 so why this much change in Blood PH ? Is it dangerous?

Hello doctors, lately when I am in sleep I  feel discomfort and pain sometimes in middle of my chest ,  And when I hear loud or sudden noises my heart feel sensations. Oxygen level is normal, bpm is 50-60 when laying down , blood pressure is normal.

My wife is suffering from stuffy nose since past 1 week and ent doctor have prescribed fluticasone nasal spray 1 puff 2 times a day for 1 month and also floracort 6 1st day 3 times and 2nd day 2 times. I am just wondering why floracort 6 was prescribed just for 2 days. Is it safe? And is it ok if its just taked for 2 days being a steroid? Please advise

Huge pain in left side of pelvic/lower-abdomen region and at the same place on left side lower back. It increases if I walk more or lift even a little heavy things. I have consulted a gynaecologist and got ultrasound done, in reports radiologist said it's ovarian hernia, then I consulted hernia doctor he was not able to detect hernia by physical checkup so asked for second ultrasound. I got second ultrasound done but this time the other radiologist said that in reports there is nothing, he even checked twice. I googled symptoms online and found it can be endometriosis and consulted another gynaecologist telling the same problem and history of checkup, she performed a physical check and said it's not that case as I am not having such pain during periods. I am suffering from this pain everyday on my left side pelvic/lower-abdomen region and at the same place on the left side back. I am unable to understand what can be the problem and actually which speciality should I consult to?!
