Doctor has prescribed me jaborandi 30 , calcarea sulph200 and merc sol for dysidrotic eczema , is this the permanent cure of this disease ? can merc sol trigger vitiligo?

What homeopathic medicine i should take for dysidrotic eczema , why it every year in me , Is there any permanent solution to this?
