Head dim after eating icecream -reg

2 months back my before and after fasting sugar levels are 119 and 171 and HBA1C is 5.5.. after doing 2 months regular exercise...the levels changed to 85 and 120...But my problem is after eating cake or sweets, immediately I am getting dull fatigue and head dull symptoms for 15 minutes.. kindly suggest me whether I am having blood sugar issue or not... please suggest

Need suggestion

I am a healthy person with no medical history. I got admitted in a hospital only for delivering my children more than 2 decades ago. I randomly got my complete health check up done and found that my fasting sugar level was 400 and post was 500 apart from that everything else is normal. I was surprised to find the sugar results and am wondering if I am going to be very sick soon. Please guide.
