My fasting sugar level is 96 ( lab range is 70-100) . And pp sugar is 103 ( lab range - 70-140) . Is it normal

What is the reason for sugar not coming to normal Inspite of insulin dosage . Fasting 136 PP 263 Please suggest

2 months back my before and after fasting sugar levels are 119 and 171 and HBA1C is 5.5.. after doing 2 months regular exercise...the levels changed to 85 and 120...But my problem is after eating cake or sweets, immediately I am getting dull fatigue and head dull symptoms for 15 minutes.. kindly suggest me whether I am having blood sugar issue or not... please suggest

I am a healthy person with no medical history. I got admitted in a hospital only for delivering my children more than 2 decades ago. I randomly got my complete health check up done and found that my fasting sugar level was 400 and post was 500 apart from that everything else is normal. On an average of her recent test post breakfast levels fluctuates between 200-300. What is the ideal diet to be followed conditioning and in context to south indian habits.
