Feeling bloating after small meals or after a drink Was not feeling such thing few weeks ago Please advice how to get rid of such bloating

In jan month i had endoscopy- mild antral gastirits! Doc said take med when necessary.. now since 1 week i feel i am having flare up- my symptoms are always atypical- fast heart rate, head spinning, dizziness, impending sense of doom, bloating etc I am taking pantosec n digene.. but not much effect Tonight i did mistake by eating 2 icecreams What to do

Hello doctor, Since 1.5 yrs I have been suffering from abdominal pain and gas issue. Sometimes accompanied with loose motions and sometimes constipation. But sometimes even after I pass my stool and have no problem with passing the stool I still get stomach pain and gas. It doesn't go with antibiotics and antacids. It occurs within 1 to 2 months gap and goes away after 15 to 20 days. The abdominal pain is not too severe but a mild pain is always there. I have done sonography too but nothing appeared in it apart from gas. Please help me I am too worried about it .
