1. Increase your main meal intake by 25%
2. Drink 2 glass of milk daily and 2 cups of curd daily
3. Have 7-8 almonds/walNuts/cashews and 2-3 dates/figs everyday as a snack
4. Have 2 kinds of fruits everyday
5. Include 2 tsp of ghee daily
6. Snack on healthy foods such as channa/sprouts/eggs/paneer/broccoli/corn etc every day
7. Eat something healthy every 3 hours
